wow frank nice find, altho a 1935 not 1928 this served kingston pa as primary engine 1935-1971 then while hauling sand bags with it during the 1972 hurricane agnes flood in got a flat tire and was abandonded in order to evacuate,luckily abandonded on high ground untoughed by high flooding , shortly afterwards the borough council who always owned kingston apparatus until this past yerar,sold it to a doctor in sayre pa unbeknownst to the volunteers,they wanted this engine kept.afterthe doctor passed away al cains jr of olyphant found this in a barn while doing a job, purchaed it from the estate, and still owns it today
