I believe it is a Code3 Defender Lightbar. If you look at the light bar closely there is no plastic around the light bezels as there are with the Tomar 970L light bars.
Washington DC has switched to Code 3 warning lights on the latest round of apparatus; beginning with the new Rescue Squad 2, which had a mix of Whelen and Code 3 warning lights (specifically the Code 3 Defender Lightbars). The other reason I am pretty sure it is Code 3 and not Tomar is that Apparatus Manufacturers are not to excited about mixing and matching lights, in less they are by zone, therefor they can ensure their NFPA lighting requirements compliance. Remember the compliance is ensured by the Lighting Manufacturer not the Apparatus Manufacturer.
