After a bit more research, the Boston rig was used as a Mask Service Unit. Originally, that body had a raised roof above the compartments. Sale Creek removed the roof and upper walls and filled the rear body with 4", but found that the F-350 was then overloaded. The County had remounted the ambulance box from the International chassis, so Sale Creek moved the rear axle forward, lopped off the excess frame and remounted the hose body on it. They currently have another utility box, similar to that on Rescue 1886, and another International ambulance chassis, that they intend to build into another hose wagon.
