Branford Engine 1, a 2005 Spartan/Smeal 1500/750 pumper. In 1976, the town recieved 2 Maxim pumpers painted chrome yellow. This was the new color scheme for the BFD. All new apparatus ordered after that were painted in the new colors. As rigs were refurbed, they were also repainted. This truck marks the return to red fire trucks.
