AACO stations 14 and 15 were merged to form Co. 30 Armiger VFD in 1990. The county decided to merge them because the old facilities were getting inadequate and they were in fairly close locations.
Stations 11 and 16 were merged in 1988 for the same reasons and were relocated to the currrent station of the Orchard Beach VFD.
In 2003 the volunteer company at Armiger was disbanded and merged with Co. 13 Riviera Beach VFD. CO. 30 is paid only now.
Some of Green Havens's equipment (truck, engine, brush truck, floodlight truck)were moved to Station 30 but all have since been replaced. The only Co. 15 piece moved to Co. 30 was a brush truck as CO. 15 did not own any other equipment at that time (running county owed engines).

I just discovered 2 of 15's brush trucks..... The GMC and the Dodge Power Wagon are within 1/2 mile from the former co. 15.....
I am gonna get some pics soon
