Hungrybus 2012
Are the fireboats in the city staffed year round or staffed by land companies when the need arises?

The Fireboats are manned year round. the 2 smaller Boats Fire Rescue 1 & 2 are only staffed for 1 boat they switch them every month to try and keep the Hrs the same. The Big Boat John R Frazier is Staffed Full Time 365 days a years. Haz Mat 9 is not manned they are special called, and a member of The Haz mat Team will Bring it. Hope this info helps

Engine 26 and Truck 6(up the street a bit) are trained on the boats and would be used to place the extra boats if a need arises. Or extra manpower on the boats in a major incident.

They would also call for M/A from AA Co. which has a 43' 3000 gpm boat and Annapolis City, a 36' 2500 gpm boat. I assume lol
