I know it's an old post, but again I just got here. Not sure if anyone ever ID'd this, but it's a 2008 KME Predator 2000 gpm, 750 gal, 60 gal AFFF. It's from Moosic, Lackawanna County, PA.

If you ask me, it shows ABSOLUTELY NO PRIDE!

If their truck looks like that, I would hate to see how they run a scene.

Please tell me they are just returning from a fire and the hose needs to be rotated out.

Any idea what is attached to the 3" line coming off on the drivers side of the rig?

Looks like a 2-1/2" siamese. The black strap is the handle.

Haven't seen handles on hose like those before. Guess its to ease unpacking when laying a line?

Most 2-1/2" siamese have a black handle on them.

Although you would grasp it when pulling the line, it's intended purpose is simply to carry the siamese. This setup is somewhat common in this part of the world and is used primarily as a driveway lay.

We all use 4" hose here in St Marys. Most of us went to Neidner hose or Snap-tite (I think is the brand) and got away from that rubber stuff.
