Thanx, Skip ! How's it looking compared to the old specs ?
I haven't seen it yet, one of the guys from my house was down there on an unrelated matter & he saw it in the shops. I'll try to get a pic sooner rather then later for you all.

Although I'd like to get my hands on the plate of the old Car 11 (FIRE 343)
Car 11 got their new Tahoe either yesterday or Thursday, still with plate #FIRE 343. It was here this morning.

I saw that yesterday morning down at State and Congress. One of my buddy's was working the detail. They were doing a sprinkler test. The system had major work done to it so we were there to test it out. That's why they had the lines connected to the Siamese connections in front.

The system must have failed because they were there for two days.

Thought I would post some photos that I took in December 2006 while visiting friends in the BFD. While we were there we caught this fire at Norfolk & Chipman Streets. A working fire in an auto repair shop. We did not see any fire, just smoke by the time we got there from southie.
