I was working for Charlie at the time and he wanted photos to send to Code 3 at the time.

When the man at the door said," Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms", I, naturally assumed it was a delivery!

I am a big fan of the Crown, the best looking fire trucks ever built in my opinion. That would be my dream truck to own. Unfortunatly, there are none in Canada that I know of, but if I could get a hold of one, it would find its way up here!! Looking forward to more Crown pics.
A restored 1955 Crown, that is owned by the LACoFD Historical Museum.

Crown's a nice looking truck, however being on the East Coast, I have only seen one Crown in person. Photo Taken in 2009, in Circleville, NY at a showing of a private fire apparatus collection. Unfortunately I did not get any info on this 1970 Crown

1979, 85ft Wide Body Snorkel Sold To: Arcadia, CA Current: Unknown Note: The rarest of rare Crowns. The only Crown Wide Body built with a Snorkel. The whereabouts of this beast is unknown, and after reaching out to the CFE and Arcadia FD, nobody seems to know what happened to her, or if they do, they aren't telling. Photo Credit: Dave Johnson
