I have an in service shot of the former Pacolet Engine 3, if anyone wants to see it. It looks better without all the writing all over it! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Big Grin' />

Credits to the photographer (I believe Stephen Miknevich) The first three of the rescue when it ran as R-551 in Kingston Township, Luzerne County, PA. The Last 2 are the three generations of rescues, with the current rescue on the left, which replaced the Pierce. If I am wrong, please feel free to correct me.

The ALF/LTI ladder for Chester is a 2007. It replaced the one that got totaled fighting a mill fire. The chemicals tosted the hydralulics. I think it was either a 2002 or 2003.

As far as I know, the 1000 Series had that aluminum panel on the lower front, while the 900's did not.

Correct - Former Ladder 332/Engine 334 (Quint) - 1989 Pierce Arrow 75' rear-mount ladder - 1500gpm/500gal

This truck originally served as Ladder 332 from 1989-2003. It then was retrofitted with a larger water tank and ran as

frontline Engine 334 from 2003-2005. It was finally sold by the department in 2005 to Una. Here's a picture of the way it used to look:

I wish I had a better pic of this truck. A firman showed up to pick up something at the station while I was taking a pic of the previous truck. He had time to open the bay doors for a minute. But said to come back. So I got what I could. Any pics of it in NJ mode.

Funny thing, I spotted someone wearing a "Donalds Fire Department" shirt among the 7,100 present at the Saturday morning business session of our NJSFA convention in Wildwood NJ.
