Good evening guys, today myself and Ron Wolkoff spent the day buffing in Palm Beach County. We visited Boca Raton, Delray Beach and managed to squeeze in a county station.
First up is Palm Beach County E52 in Unincorporated Boca Raton.
Next up is a New Delivery!! Boca Raton M4 is a 2009 Freightliner/Horton sporting it's brand new graphics scheme.
Below is her sister in the older graphics scheme, M24 is a 2004 Freightliner/American Lafrance. She's the second running medic unit when staffing permits.
Boca Raton E3 was our next stop, she's 1995 Sutphen 1500/750.
Boca Raton E5 is a 2006 Sutphen 1500/750.
Stored at Station-5 is Brush Truck-5, a 2003 Freightliner/Ferrara 799/1200/200F & 400 pounds of Purple-K. Aside of brush fires, she responds as a crash truck for the Boca Raton Airport.
Boca Raton E6 is a 2006 Sutphen 1500/750.
Last for Boca Raton is E8, a 1993 Sutphen 1500/750.
I was very excited about getting some rigs from Delray Beach Fire Rescue, unfortunately we were only able to knock out two stations...
Ron and I plan to return. First up is E3, a 2007 Pierce Dash 1500/750
Next up... Delray Beach Special Ops-5, a 2006 Pierce Dash. I believe I shot this rig previously during the 2008 Winter Thaw, I decided to re-shoot it with some sunlight!! In addition Delray Beach just recieved a 2009 Pierce Velocity Platform, unfortunately it was out of service at the city's shop.
That's all for now, hopefully Ron and I will hook-up again this coming weekend.
Sweet shots Alex!

Nice shots Alex!!! You should be almost finished with the Boca Raton Fire Dept. [/quote] Thanks Shoop, I'm just about finished with everything in Boca, Special Ops-6 (HazMat) I'll wait till you're down for. We still have Delray Beach to finish off, I definitely want the new velocity platform they just recieved. We're also planning for Boynton Beach, North Palm Beach and Tequesta in the coming weeks.
Returning from having minor findings corrected and the radios mounted, Plantation R276 was returned today. I took advantage of the great sunlight and got some better shots.
Below is Plantation R276 a 2009 Spartan Furion/Braun.
Today's Goodies!! Myself, Ron Wolkoff and Kelvin Carter went out for a day of fun... Here is what we got!!!
First up; West Palm Beach SQD4 a 2006 Pierce Dash 1500/750.
Below is West Palm Beach L1 a 2006 Pierce Dash 1500/450/75'. This rig was previously assigned to L7 and before that L6. L1 will be it's permanent callsign. The original platform assigned as L1 has been placed in reserve status. E1 is disband.
Still sporting the older graphics scheme, here is West Palm Beach HM2 a 2002 Kenworth/Hackney.
