Los Alamitos Engine 3. This engine was built by KME was tested by LA County FD after several incidents on brush fires where crews were overun by fire. One of the features of the rig is on the interior which features speaclized curtains to shield the firefighter's from the heat and flames. LA County decided they didnt want the rig and Los Alamitos picked it up.

This rig is rather intresting the company called Firbreak which is run by a former Monrovia Fire Chief is a contract agency employed by AIG. In the event of a wildfire such as the most recent Ststion fire and clients of AIG who have insurance premiums over a certain amount I believe over 25G they will respond and provide structual defense by usage of spraying the fire retardent phoscheck.
