Yes this an ALF 700 series aerial either model 7-100-AEO or 7-100-AJO (depending on the engine). San Angelo bought this rig used from another department. In 1954 San Angelo did purchase two new 700 series pumpers.

On the San Angelo ladder. I was told many years ago by a San Angelo Capt ., that the truck was sent to the ALF Center in Ft Worth in the early 1980s to have a rehab and a diesel engine installed.
