This is purely speculation, but there was a similar looking Seagrave aerial sitting in lot here in Holbrook a couple of years ago. I never stopped by to check the markings even though it was there for a few months, so I can't say for sure. 
A short while back via the Berkshire SPAAMFAA Chapter I came into the possession of several 100 slides, I was told the name of the photographer/collector who originally had these, but of course I didn't write it down (he was going to try to start a Berkshire County Fire Museum at one time). The slides are from the same Tri-state area I take in (MA, CT & NY) with a little bit of FDNY & Chicago mixed in (trades I'd assume). I was going to hold these for a special project, but they are too cool not have others who appreciate them not be able to see them. I have duplicated only 1 of the seven trays with my camera, and I am working getting to the slide library at work to do the rest up right.
So without further a-do Albany, NY Engine 5 Credit to photographer (possibly Neal Van Deusen's work?)

Most of these slides date to around 1994....Albany, NY Ladder 4 ALF Tiller last I knew it was still in service.

Albany Rescue 2 - maybe Eli can give us some insight as to how these units were set up. Last I knew Arbor Hill was not a place to go alone at night.

The Albany ALF pumpers have all be replaced with Pierce Enforcer's, Engine 3 was disbanded sometime in the late 80's or early 90's. The Ladder 4's ALF TDA failed it's ladder test and was replaced with a KME TDA about 8 years ago. The International Rescue was a 2 man paramedic unit. There were 3 of those inservice in the city at one time. They have all been replaced with Chevy Surburbans.
The pictures of of Troy's station is the old Fire Headquarters located on State St. The FD moved to a new station a couple of blocks away about 10 years ago. I remember as a kid listening to Troy on the scanner and it was always cool to hear a box being transmitted and being able to hear the apparatus responding as Fire Alarm was giving it out. Fire Alarm was located on the second floor of the building. All of the Maxim's in the city have been replaced with ALF's and the Spartan Rescue has been replaced with an ALF Rescue/Pumper.
Forgot to mention that one of the Maxim's from Troy is now inservice at Albany International Airport as Engine 8, their structural piece.

Thanks for the history lesson guys - I will try to post some more soon! I donno about that poor Maxim having to wear a lime green coat, but I suppose it is better than rusting away in a farmer's field...

The Colonie Fire Co. (Village of Colonie, Albany County) ran twin Mack C-Series engine. These were replaced in the in the 1970's
