Just returned from the Texas EMS Conference 2011 in Austin. Not much new in the exhibit hall. A lot of the same ol' stuff. Frazer was well represented including this four-door Ford Type I built for Southeast Fire Department, Harris County.

The only real new truck was this Nisson Type II being shown by Triton Ambulance Builders from Alabama. It is very European styling, about as tall as a Spinter but shorter. Patient compartment very basic, no squad bench, just a captain's chair for the attendant.     .



But, not something you see everyday...
