Okay, but it would be a lie.

 

It's actually more than a rotating light.  It was manufactured by SuperVac and is a telescopic floodlight as well.  I'm talking 1970's here.  It was marketed as the "Stem-lite"

It is cool to still see one being used on a piece of apparatus, when everyone else has gone to night scan and such.

Trav, Just the "upper or top" outside lights are the emergency lights. the Floods covered in the "Base" do not rotate. Are fust Scene lights.
