Here's the emblem that's on their helicopter and their ambulances. They call it GatorDoc. The ambulances are in the same school scheme.

Trauma One in Lake City, FL was using this back-up helicopter yesterday when I stopped by. It belongs to their vendor, CJ Systems and is a 1983 BK-117 Helicopter Tail #N932CJ.

Photo by Mark Carr[/quote] Not sure if they told you this while you were there or not, but the actual Trauma One aircraft was crashed last August. This is actually a spare aircraft loaned to Trauma One by Corporate Jets (hence the "CJ" in the tail number), while the real Trauma One is repaired or replaced. They will have it for about a year. Corporate Jets supplies the aircraft and the pilot, Trauma One supplies the crew.
Yep, I knew that Dave. CJ Systems runs several helicopter units in Florida. The ship in Lake City was also a CJ Systems backup but was a different ship than I'd shot in Jacksonville last year. Thanks for the information though. Mark

This is Canadian Helicopter Ltd.'s S-76A on contract with the Ontario Ministry of Health Air Ambulance service. This machine is based at the Toronto City Centre airport. They are currently privitizing the service, and re-painting the aircraft solid orange.
The picture was taken at my work. The machine was in the hangar during an ice storm last winter. The machine was in Ottawa on a transfer call.
