Next stop to show you is the Wilton, CT Fire Dept. Same great host here that was at the Wolcott Fire Dept. He was kind enough to move and pose every rig at both departments for us! My feeble old mind can't quite remember the guy's name but he fed us lunch both days! Notice the food sticks in my brain but his name doesn't. Sorry 'bout that. Anyway, first up in Wilton is this big ole honking rig of Engine 4, a 1994 E\-One Cyclone 1500/2500 Tanker, Job #13781.

Now, the same great guy that hosted us and fed us lunch reportedly had some sort of issue with the windshield on this rig. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I won't elaborate on it but word came right from the chief himself. Anyway, Engine 3 is a 1994 E\-One Hurricane 1500/750 Pumper, Job #13779.

This Dive Rescue unit is supposedly shared by the fire and police departments thus the blue color. It's a 1997 Chevrolet 3500/Knapheide.

Truck 5's rear-steer feature enabled it to do a circle in the ramp area of the station to pose for the photo. It's a 2004 Pierce Dash 105' Ladder, Job #15776.

Not so affectionately referred to as "The Produce Truck", Utility 6 serves as the Wilton Fire Dept's HazMat rig, "stuff" hauler or whatever else it's called upon to do. It's a 2005 International 4200/Morgan.

And, the twin to Engine 1 is Engine 2, this 2007 Pierce Arrow XT 1500/750 Pumper, Job #19053-02.

Last up for Milton is this rig run by Milton EMS. It's a striking 2009 Ford F450/LifeLine Modular designated Medic 512.

Bridgeport, CT has, in one station, Engines 3 and 4. They are twin 2007 Pierce Arrow XT 1250/500 Pumpers. Engine 3 is Job #19111-01.

Moving on to Milford, CT, we find this rig of Engine 3, a 1999 Sutphen 1250/500/75' Quint, Job #HS3443.

Operated from the same firehouse is Engine 4, a 2009 Spartan/Smeal 1250/500/50F Pumper, Job #3568.
Mark Carr photo
Also in the same firehouse is the department's HazMat team. HazMat 1 is a 2007 Ferrara Inferno, Job #H3448.

And last for this batch of shots is HazMat 2, another one of those 2005 Freightliner M2/Pierce Contenders called "Prime Movers" and issued by the state. Again, they are used to haul big decon. trailers and other hazmat essentials.
