It looks like a Towers (pump) with a JACO refirb.

That is one of many Hahn chassis sold to JACO to be built into pumpers. While not common, JACO did build that design of pump panel. I have shot others. It is very similar to the Towers design, and I have also seen one on a Central-St. Louis.



Here's a similar Hahn/JACO 1500/1000 from Marion, VA, now retired.
