The University Of British Columbia in Vancouver operated their own fire department until Oct/1995, at which point Vancouver took over fire/rescue duties. In the summer of 1995, I managed to photograph the apparatus of the University Endowment Lands prior to the turnover of the department to Vancouver. The first engine up is E-3,a Thibault International Cargostar. Unfortunately, I can't find the specs for this truck.
