Ted probably has the exact data on this rig, but I believe it is actually a 1939 model. Built at Ft. Holabird, Baltimore, MD.

The Woodlawn USA Class 750 was completed at Camp Holabird, Baltimore, 29 April 1939. It carried USA registration # 50203 and served at the Richmond, VA Army Airbase.
