What is the make of their current Rescue Squad? Is it up for replacement yet?



Any updated pictures of the Old Ford/Ranger Rescue Squad from Arundel? I knew that it went to Baltimore County and became some sort of support unit (Sad Day), but ave not see anything of it.

What happen Maryland had some of the best looking apparatus and now everyone has a crappy Pierce and they all look the same.

Gil, I am from Clinton (All Pierce except for old Truck 14) and I am NOT a fan of anything Pierce has put out since the Arrow. Of course the only Pierces I have seen other than the Pierce Arrow, that have character, are the ones that have Mack, Ford C-Model or Kenworth (pre 1990) chassis under them. I agree with you, the rest are mainly cookie cutters....bring back Pirsch, Hahn, Maxims and Macks....

The current Squad for Arbutus is a Spartan / American Fire Rescue (1991/92???). Replacement is being talked about.



Old Super Squad 7 from Arundel belongs to the Hyde Park Volunteer Fire Company in Essex, Maryland which is located on the east side of Baltimore County. It runs as a floodlight unit.

1993 Spartan- Replacement is being considered, but they want to replace an ambulance(355) first



Front and center now is replacement for their Utility 358, which was totaled in an accident on 11/30/10.
