I want the truck....
A large part of my collection was purchased from a GOOD man, John Floyd. I give him FULL credit on his work, although I may miss something. Thanks John. Also Scott Mattson, Warren Jenkins, Michael Schwartzberg, and Mike Sanders. Thanks Guys.
What I wouldn't give to have the cash to buy that water tower and restore it to parade ready. what a shame all that history just sitting there rusting.

These trucks reside behind LAFD Station 88 and are owned by the LAFD Historical Society, and are awaiting restoration.
About a month ago, I got the opportunity to travel up to Ashburn,VA and shot this rig which is close to Ashburn VFD Station 6. I know Mike Sanders has the info, but anyone is welcomed to chime in if you know more about this Mack.

Here is another relic that has been sitting in the Hendersonville city garage lot for about 2 years now. Its such a shame to see a decent truck (other than some hydraulic issues on the aerial) just rotting away.

Micah,
I believe that is ex. Keystone Fire Company of Columbia (Lancaster County, PA). Mike will correct me if I am wrong.

Mack CF-611-F10, 4-door, 1000/500, delivered 6/11/80, purchased used in early 1993 for $8,000 from NYFD where it ran as E-280. The company did most of the refurb work themselves, and the paint job was donated. Nowhere on the truck does it say Columbia Borough, they want to be known as Keystone, seen 6/1/96 in very poor condition, visible body rust, crude paint job, in well-worn condition. It was sold in 10/02 to an individual in VA, left on 11/17/02. Thermodyne, 260HP
