It was that way when I lived in St Louis and it is still that way, and I have been out of St Louis almost 30 years now.

Yeah I've noticed that... I know, there are a lot of places that utilize Blue and Red/Green and Red, etc. but that's just not for me. You'll only find a handful of them in Indiana that have either, and most of which is near Chicago, so I'm partial to all Red or Red and White.
