This sad-looking American LaFrance 700 Series pumper was operated by Galesville, IL. Maybe the moniker "Koppers" refers to an assignment with a factory fire brigade? This is an Industrial Fire Department the factory makes products for railroads and provides services to railroads today and They may still have their own fire protection for this facility but I don't really know if the industrial fire department for this facility was disbanded or not someone on the forums might know.
