I was wondering the same thing. It looks like every one of the decals is crooked though.

It appears to be part of the recruiting efforts (which appear to be primarily geared towards minorities) for their upcoming test.

Funny, the job and city want to mention how great the benefits are, but don't want to mention ANYTHING about the danger you will be in.................

What Danger??? Once you complete training you know ALL THE RISKS - you are trained to notice them BEFORE something kills you... I heard that first hand once at a class. Lawyers and Insurance companies... F-um!
