Yes Tanker 35 does have a 4,000 gal tank. The fire department had to sign off on any liability from KME before the contract was signed. This unit is very top heavy and was very poorly designed from a practical use standard. Trust me I have filled this thing and seen it in action numerous times.... It's um a very interesting piece to say the least.
