No they still have Tender 1 in service at Firehouse 17. Unknown what they are going to do with it as the new one is no where near in service.

Looks good, I like the Heavy IH chassis and the Q Siren. Just not as tough as the new Pierce/Pete Air Wagon. The Air Wagon looks Tonka Truck Tough!!!

Really cool, you can still barely see the R1 on grill. Also who ever did the repaint-refurbish forgot the Saber logos on the door. Looks like they replaced it was a solid chrome strip. Rick

Great catch, i'am slipping inn my old age!!! IMO that was what always made a Pierce a Pierce!!! Love the stainless striped band. To bad it was left off on the refurb.

I think a lot of departments that are ordering Pierce rigs are leaving off the stainless wrap. We did spec it on our 2008 Dash but chopped it because of cost.
