Not quite sure, but I think, it as built by American Fire Apparatus on an Oshkosh chassis.

That's different! Was that a one off modification, or was that a typical Ford (or Thibault) front end for that era in Canada?

It was custom-built by Thibault on a Ford F-chassis, 1250 gpm-pump. As far as I know, it was a one-off.
