Engin 423 was falling apart and spent more time OOS than in service. Engine 408 is the original 8 rig.

From what I understand 23's Quantum is OOS and being used at the academy. It was replaced by an 05 county Pierce Engine out of the reserve pool

The Pierce Dash came from Merrifield (30) when they got their Velocity. Annandale's Quantum had been spending more and more time at EMTA, it is just plain wore out.

Last time I saw engine 23 it was stripped of everything even the Annandale badges.
