Great set of photos. Very colorful companies. I think that's a Lance cab, rather than a Dash (it looks like a split tilt vs full tilt, but it's hard to tell for sure).

That is just what it is, it has a pump driven by a Wisconsin motor and what you see is the fan of the Wisconsin motor.

October 20, 2007 according to the township website

The Lester station was running short on members, Tinicum township opened a new station and combined the two departments, the other station was the Essington FD   Essington is a decent Fire department. as is the new combined Department.

 

There has been other mergers in Delaware County, Marcus Hook combined two stations and now Trainer Boro and Lennox Park stations are merged into the Marcus Hook department.

Also a Middletown merger took place -Lima and Leni Heights
