They still have both the Pierce platform and the Sutphen quint, but they were talking about the new TDA they have on order.

I was with Dave on this trip and to add to what he said Winter Park has a new Pierce TDA on order and due in about 6 months. Our host was not sure of the cab type.

After much time and gasoline was wasted chasing around Sumter County, we finally caught this rig, just before they left again. There wasn't enough time to shoot the tanker inside.

The next morning, we hit one of the Sumter County stations that we missed the day before. The engine got a call, but they left the truck out for us. This one was also purchased used, but no one knew where it came from. I don't have a listing for this number in my Sutphen database.

We spent the rest of the day in Citrus County. The Fire Department has recently come under the Office of the Sheriff. Many of the apparatus have been moved around and most have not yet been renumbered to reflect their current assignment.
