Lake Carmel, NY Structure Fire 03/23/14

Fire in an apartment above a laundry.  Crews were removed from the building prior to my arrival, due to collapsing roof.  Also reports of a leaking propane tank on scene.  Firefighters from Lake Carmel, Carmel, and Brewster, NY operated on scene, while Patterson and Mahopac stood by in quarters
