Not on that little dodge chassis. More likely some kinda water rescue type unit.

Never went to there site to see what exactly they were building. I just assumed it was for the TSU or TAC since we lost one of them during sandy

I was wondering too, could this be the new ATRV for Engine 329 since it was lost during Sandy?

Whats the possibility of a type 6 engine? I havent seen them get any new brush fire units in a long time, maybe dowmsize the truck for greater access in the brush?

Speculation is that it might possibly be a Swiftwater/SCUBA unit
