I'm at a loss here. This Seagrave Anniversary Series pumper served the RCFD as Engine # 1. Where is this? I'm thinking maybe California. Mattson Collection <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/usa.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I'm guessing it's Redwood City, CA. They have been a longtime Seagrave customer, bought two Seagrave 1000gpm engines in 1947 and another in 1949 (according to their history site). I think Seagrave started building the Anniversary series in 1951, so maybe this is a later acquisition.
