The Kings Park rig was modified sometime after it was constructed. If you look at the ALF-Herman thread on the Youngstownfire site, there are photos posted of how it looked when delivered.

It was a model A80-3S-85 with a Grove ladder tower, #80-994 and ran as Truck 7.
