The MCSU, MAB, and MCU are kept in the warehouse behind E24/R2 in DC. Another MCU is also kept at E33/T8.
The MWAA MCSUs are designed for 150 pts off each side, not 200.
MCP 300 will be assigned to DCA, not Dulles. As far as the BC301/302 they are in their unique vehicles which were designed to function as initial incident command posts in the back, with multiple radios, command boards, fax machine, computer, sat phone etc. Unknown if that design will continue to exist whenever they are eventually replaced. BC302 has a dedicated battalion chief's aide, plans are for BC301 to get the same command aide in the near future as permanent staffing. The following are staff battalion chiefs.
