The Fords FC of Woodbridge Township, NJ had one of the more interesting looking units to be built by Trautwein And Sons Company. Serial # 107 was built upon a 1951 GMC c/o chassis and employed a 500 gpm Barton-American UA50 front-mount pump and a 400 gallon water tank. This rig also had a 20 gallon foam tank. GMC sure had some very iconic designs over the years....it's neat to see the TASC units with the GMC chassis. I wish I had a time machine so I could dial back to the days of old. Imagine what it would be like to see a parade way back when this stuff was new!
