That looks like a generic bezel, my first thought is that it is the headlight bezel from a Dodge Caravan. This seems like a standard practice with some companies, much like the RV industry. Look at the Spartan evolution cabs with Ford Explorer Sport headlights, or the Rosenbauer cabs with Ford F150 headlights.

At 3 AM on Saturday, August 4th, I headed out for Circleville, NY, traveling the usually scenic I-86/US 17 Southern Tier Expressway. All I saw was the occasional deer that crossed in front of my headlights! The Catskill Firecats muster was held at the warehouse site of the Andrew Leider apparatus collection. Typical of many SPAAMFAA events, not one bit of forethought was given in placing the apparatus in a way that would allow any form of decent photos to be taken. Details and specs are limited, so if anyone can add to what I have for these, just jump right in!
