Wish I knew you were going to Hazleton Dave, I grew up/went to school with most of HFD's guys. I was a volley at West Hazleton in my early years. I hope they directed you to Jimmy's Quick Lunch just a few blocks away, BEST hot dogs anywhere!! Anyway, thanks for the Hazleton rigs!!
They were a bunch of great guys, but they made no mention of Jimmy's. It's okay though. Due to an experience involving hot dogs and CPR, I haven't eaten one since 1984!

Mack A City Service Truck x-Collieville FD, Newark Valley, NY
There is no Collieville FD, I believe it is just a private collector in Tioga County NY. This is Ex-Kings Park (NY) State Hospital.

Last one for today..... Mack CF 1000/500 X-FDNY
This is also Ex-Kent Cliffs, NY. I wish these SPAAMFAA groups, including the local one I belong to, would recognize the importance of the department name to those seeking the history of a particular rig. Just an extra line on the info sheet they tape in the windshield as to where the rig served would be enough. Yet these guys scrape the name of the department off, and put a fake name (or worse) on the side. I know some departments discourage, or disallow the name to be on the side of a retired rig, but history like that should not be erased.
