And the new Alexandria rigs will have the same, or very similar, paint scheme as Chicago. Somebody may have already mentioned that.

This is what I have been told..... A total of 9 Engines will be ordered, 1 TDA (204), 1 Mid mount, and a Retractor with referb to the Simon/LTI Reserve TDA. First 4 Engines to go to 203, 204,206, and 207. The 9th Engine will go to 210 which is the new station on Eisenhower Ave.

It would be great if 206 got enough staffing to staff the Engine and Rescue instead of having them have to switch rigs depending on the run.

You are correct sir, I also spoke with Jim Featherstone at Firehouse Expo and he said a new squad and hazmat might be in the works he would not confirm or deny this though.

The Simon/LTI Reserve is up in PA at Fire Line Equipment having ladder work done currently. Not sure if they're gonna do the Tractor Refurb or not.
Well I understand the Rescue is staffed a lot now with the down time of the Engines and Trucks. I heard that the rescue or engine may move depending on the relocation of station 207.
I understand it will be sent back to LTI or Crimson for the retractor and refurb after the new TDA and Tower are in service.

This is true one of the volunteers at my station is career in Alex and is assigned to the rescue as a probie. They are going to be putting a FF class through starting on Oct. 1 so the squad will now be staffed permanently it sounds like. I did not know that 207 was going to be moved and if so where?
