I finally was able to track down some pictures of this rig. All photo's are used with permission of the Guardians of the Ribbon, Texas Panhandle Chapter.
Ex-Paducah, Texas Engine converted into Pink Heals Cancer Truck. I personally found this truck for the chapter. The Paducah Fire Department donated the truck to the chapter with the requirement that the truck stay near to the area.
I have no information on the specs of the truck. Its new home is in Vernon Texas in the hands of a few great firemen down there.
