One of the eight bunk room for the firefighters. Normally there aren't but 3 to 4 firefighters plus the Officer on duty in the company, the Officer has their own bunk area adjacent to their office. Likewise the Battalion Chief has a bunk area adjacent to their office. But due to emergencies as call backs or other near companies which may have occupy these quarters if their station are being renovated. Being a new house, you get as much as the city will allow.

Looks like they're using the [url="http://airtechnologysolutions.com/airmation_products.htm"]Airmation[/url] system above each of the bay doors instead of Plymovent.
