2012 Ford F-350 Pierce CRU fire police unit

Recently delivered to Middletown Township Police Department, Bucks County, Pa. This unit was built by Pierce, and ordered through Glick in Bird-in-Hand, Pa. This unit is 1 of 4 ever made in the USA, with 2 of which in the eastern Pa area. The truck is a 2012 F-350 gas CRU. It is essentially a pod that gets dropped if needed. This unit will be used for Fire Police duties. It maybe used for other stuff eventually.

This pod is strictly for fire police, cones, barricades, flares, ect. They may order other pods for swat, motor carrier/traffic safety, and or fire marshal.
