Nichols FD in Trumbull CT had(have) a trio of Hahn's and here they are. First up is E305 a 1973 1500/500/50F that was refurbed by Hahn in 1986. Now E 302 is a 1982 1500/500/50F that was refurbed by Hahn also but in 1987. Really busy rigs.

Last one from Nichols is Tr304. This is NOT a rescue,it is the grandfather of today's Tactical Support Units. It has a large generator,plenty of lights,an onbaord cascade system,spare bottles, and all the necessary truck company tools, including a full comliment of ground ladders. It is a 1982 that was started by Providence Body and finished by Ranger(as I was told).

Here it is after a 1993 local refurb. except for the color, it looks great. I think this may still be a reserve there.

You're absolutely right - Mea Culpa! I've onle ever been to Philly twice; February and May in 1991. That photo and this one were taken May 26, 1991. The alarm was for 618 S. 4th St.; E-1 in front; E-6 on plug; went for dwelling; found two mattresses.

Frank, I believe Engine 152 is a 1968 that was originally owned by Elsmere, it was Engine 163, sold in 1986 when they received the Squrt. It ran as 152 well into the 90's I believe. I could be wrong, you definetly have better records of Hahn's than I do!!!!!

I also believe, and again, I might be mistaken....But I think Engine 154 was refurbed in the early 90's by E\-One with a glider kit...If so, here it is today.....

Engine 162 was donated to the Cullison, KS fire department on or around 1999 when their station and apparatus were destroyed by a tornado.

Harrington DE purchased two identical Ford Pumpers, both have cannopy cabs, 1000gpm Hale pumps and 1000gwt.

One is a 1969 Ford C-1000 and the other a 1976 Ford C-900

I only was able to detect one difference, the 1969 (50-5) has a painted Radio Cabnet door, the 1976 (50-4) has a stainless steel door. Please let me know if you have any photos of the 1969 Ford C Hahn!
