During that time Pipeline 20 was using it and put a large 20 on the front in duct tape. The first picture is Engine 43's KME serving as Pipeline 20 and the second is Engine 43's KME at Engine 43's station 
Philly fire graduates it's first two classes from the academy since 2009.
Ladder Tower 28
2009 KME 100' Aerialcat This was the day after it was placed into service as Ladder Tower 22. The 28 wasn't changed to a 22 until a week or so later. There used to be 4 Deluge companies (DL14, DL24, DL41 and DL59) With the disbanding of DL14 and the delivery of the newest batch of KME engines that don't have deck guns, the Deluge companies no longer exist.
