I was thinking it's a shame Code 3 went under when it did, now that the Chinese will have real American Pierce apparatus to see up close and know what it's supposed to look like.



Can't wait to see that Waldwick engine in person next spring/summer, hopefully!

I just returned from Appleton on Friday night and was able to get a couple grab shots from around the plant. First up was one of two engines for Parker County.

One of my favorite units, was this Dash CF without the grill. It is heading to North Carolina.

We looked this unit over pretty good as our next unit due up for replacement is an Engine-Tanker. This one is going to Bethel, CT.

Great work, T-Bone. Naturally, I really like the VA rigs, good see where the second of those two Quantums that Chesterfield has on order are going (the other going to 19). I agree that the CF will the chrome trim-band looks great.
