That was the standard Sutphen grille from 1988-1992.  Sutphen only used a grille on tilt-cab models, fixed cabs didn't have one.

I love your photos and I was wondering if you have a site that you display your collection on.  I was a vollie at the "Cape" in the late 80's and then went to United Communities in QACO.  I am VERY interested in the older units of AACO (including the EMS units), as well as QACO and Ocean City units.  I grew up in Ocean City and I actually used to ride along with some of the firefighters that my father worked with.  If you have anything that you think I might like, would you please post them when you have time?
