Nice apparatus shots. Re. Eng. 76. I've heard that arrangement called a "front sucker". Smile

We refef to it as front suction.. never heard front sucker.. Ive been waiting to get use to the new explorer.. I really dont like them.. mass state police have a bunch and they just dont look right to me.. personal pref i guesse.. does that rear mount pump or is the intake on the front and the ldh mounted on the bumper just to make it easy to hook to an engine... thanks.

Those E\-One towers sure have seen their share of fires! Looks like a good stop.

All Chicago engines are midship pumps.. The rears have a LDH intake and a front suction intake with a LDH fitting..... None of the Chicago trucks have pumps..
