That is one of the Ambusses for the Emergency Medical Task Force 7, made up of the Capitol RAC and Central Texas RAC, and includes like five busses, two mobile hospitals, and up to 5 ambulance strike teams made up of five ambulances and one supervisor each.

We have 10 units in New Jersey. FDNY has a couple. Another unit in PA that responded into NJ during Hurricane Sandy. Several in the DC/Baltimore area as well as groups in North Caroline and Texas
